SHIPPING

We ship all of our orders using USPS and UPS. All packages will be shipped with a tracking number, which will be e-mailed to you upon shipping, so the package can be traced. Once an order leaves the MOTI warehouse you will receive a confirmation e-mail including the tracking number for your records. If you have any questions regarding the status or delivery of your order please contact us at support@thisismoti.com

  • All orders being shipped within the United States should be received within 1-5 business days after shipment.
  • International orders being shipped outside of the United States could take anywhere from 6-10 business days.

The estimated delivery times mentioned above are estimates only and start from the day the product ships. MOTI will not responsible for any shipping delays caused by carrier issues or the customs clearance process in overseas countries.

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 11am (PST) will typically be processed and shipped that same day but could take up to 48 hours to leave our fulfillment center. All orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays (US) will be processed and shipped within the following two business days.

Unfortunately once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it so please be sure to double check your shipping address. MOTI will not be responsible for misplaced packages due to checkout errors on the customers part.

All custom fees, import duties, taxes, broker fees or any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient/customer (if applicable). Since these additional fees vary by country we cannot offer any estimates prior to shipping. Please be aware of any additional fees that you may incur if you live outside of the United States before placing your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn/original items it to us within 30 days. Please note that items returned within 14 days qualify for a full refund (minus shipping costs):any returns after the 14 days will only quality for store credit on the MOTI website. Returned items must be received in new and unused condition, with all of the original packaging, protective coverings and product information intact. Please note, all shipping costs, duties and taxes need to be paid for by the sender.

When returning your item, please include:

  • Your MOTI order number
  • Your full name, contact info and the date you are returning the item
  • Your preference regarding whether you would like a refund or product exchange

In the case where the customer would like a refund, all funds (excluding shipping costs) will be automatically issued back to the customer via the original payment method used. The returned product will be subject to a final inspection before your refund is issued. By receiving a refund, you release us from any liability. Please allow 5-10 days to receive the refund after the un-worm merchandise has been inspected.
